Job Description
AdventHealth Redmond is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our Pulmonary Critical Care team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work across both the hospital and clinic settings, supporting the Interventional Pulmonology Service and Pulmonary Lung Nodule Clinic. Position Overview
As an APP on our Pulmonary Critical Care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care across both the hospital and clinic settings. This position follows a Monday-Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts, offering consistency and work-life balance. You will work closely with the Interventional Pulmonology Service and Pulmonary Lung Nodule Clinic, collaborating with physicians and the care team to support patients across the continuum of pulmonary care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in both the hospital and clinic settings with direct supervision by the physician.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, clinic personnel, and hospital leadership to ensure seamless patient management and continuity of care.
- Support the Interventional Pulmonology Service and Pulmonary Lung Nodule Clinic through patient evaluation, follow-up, care coordination, and treatment planning.
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and proficiency in managing pulmonary and critical care patients within your credentialed scope.
Qualifications
- Current PA or APRN license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a PA or APRN in a hospital setting.
- Prior ICU experience as an Advanced Practice Provider strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform advanced medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $135,000 to $145,000, commensurate with training and experience. Providers are also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus tied to quality, compliance, teamwork, and productivity metrics.
