AdventHealth Redmond is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Urology team in a clinic-based, full-time role. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment within a nationally recognized health system committed to whole-person care.
Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient clinic-based role
- Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday; hours based on clinic needs)
- Collaborative practice with experienced urologists and care teams

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive urologic care in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
- Perform office-based procedures as appropriate
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment and prevention strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board certification required (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Current Georgia licensure or eligibility
- Experience in urology or related specialty preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
